AxxiTRIALS will help you ensure that documents are received and read.

AxxiALERTS - permits administrators to set up automated reminders for users to read/confirm important documents.
News/Announcements - Allows investigators to confirm documents without having to print or fax them. Administrators indicate which documents require confirmation and can easily create reports on who has or has not confirmed them.

Document Delivery
AxxiTRIALS includes a robust and flexible document sharing system with document search features. Documents can be assigned to categories that are managed/updated by the system administrator. Managing documents is easy through the user-friendly document management tool.

Document Notification
Automated, tracked notifications about new clinical safety reports and SUSARs, sent to each recipient via their preferred method:

Email
Direct web-to-fax
SMS
Mail*

* Notifications sent via postal mail are tracked but not automated

Reports
System administrators have easy access to document statistics showing whether notifications were sent and received, when they were sent and to whom, who read and/or confirmed the documents and when, etc.

Blogs — allow each trial content manager to publish daily messages to which members can respond. System administrators can easily moderate the blog by only publishing responses they approve.
Articles by Colleagues — encourage members to write and share articles with other lead investigators. Submissions are reviewed and approved by content managers or administrators.
My Ranking — allows members to graphically compare statistics such as Growth in Number of Enrollees against other members.
